Diana Costantini - Company Director
Few people realise that television only made the transition from black & white to colour because Di was tired of the palette. The launch of HD happened at the same time Di was prescribed glasses... Coincidence - I think not. This woman is TV!

From receptionist at Channel TEN Brissy to promo pusher in New Zealand to CD of XYZ Sydney then another CD gig for some mob in New York and finally to head-honcho of the TACTIC posse. There aren't many channels that Di hasn't influenced in a broadcast design, promo or branding sense.

Anyone seen Di? Never mind, she must be in some far-flung place like Mumbai or North Ryde - re-launching another channel. That's what she does.

Megan Brown - Creative Director
Rock'n Roll wild child from way back, Megs has temporarily ceased her path of destruction through hotel rooms to take the throne as dark creative overlord of the TACTIC force for her ultimate goal of world domination.

Folk law has it that if you stare directly into her eyes, she instantly drains all your creative mojo to feed her energy source. So powerful is this one woman creative superpower that when she stares down any screen, it's always in 3D. Glasses are for wimps.

When not at the TACTIC castle, there's been numerous sightings of her cruising creative haunts stalking her next unsuspecting victim. The world is in lockdown.

Tasha Mahalm - General Manager / Senior Producer
Tasha Mahalm, that’s Ma-Hal-M, is the product of a military upbringing - and it shows. Not because she can strip an assault rifle blindfolded but because of her precise style of Production Management. When Tash crosses a T, it stays crossed! Tash is a bit of an anomaly, really. She’s an accomplished Creative Producer who can also locate the business end of a spreadsheet. Weird, hey! As General Manager of TACTIC she keeps us marching in step, in the same direction and on budget.

Catherine Yeo - Creative Services Manager
Yeo's (pronounced 'Yo's!') been in tv for yonks. She started out at Channel Nine's television city - back when 'plucka duck' roamed the corridors. She's worked with everyone from Bert to Hugh Jackman. (She loves talking about that)

When Cath serves a launch campaign you'll want to make sweet love to your TV. She can turn any show into ratings Gold!

She leads the Promo Peeps over at Movie Network Channels. She's extremely important and busy.

Si Connell - Senior Designer
Si Connell wears a beard, plays guitar and is passionate about the music of Lionel Ritchie. Oh yeh, he's English (one that bathes) and designs like a good'un

Brecon Littleford - Senior Designer
Brecon, he's a wierdo - forget about it. Has a nose ring, or is it in his lip? Can't remember. He climbs mountains - for fun! Brecon's recently moved to escape a mangy dog that stole his BBQ'd sausages. He designs too, very well as it happens.

Ian Jones - Senior Designer
Jonesy is passionate about music. As long as it's Radiohead. Snowboarding whenever he can, playing guitar pretty badly and worrying about being the only Vegetarian in Australia he hasn't got much time for anything else...except for designing and animating stuff. Having worked for the BBC, ITV, UKTV, FOX, and National Geographic Channels, he knows the importance of good branding. "Branding is where it's REALLY at. A good brand can change everything for a company - and a lot of places don't realize their brand isn't working hard enough"

Nothing grinds his gears more than when branding is not held in high enough regard - as it should be.

Dale Wilkinson - Client Services Director
According to the urban dictionary, the Wilkinson tribe are an infamous badass family known for making cannons, shaving products, knights, karate dojos, and really awful 16-Bean soup for Church Events. It's no wonder that Dale is a male - identifiable lesbian.

Having kicked goals at Essendon Football Club (in the office that is), marketed brands on the world wide website, and rubbed shoulders within the music and entertainment circle (he wasn't a 3 minute angel), Dale is well equipped to tackle a whole lot of stuff'n shit...more commonly known as Business Development.

So diverse is his experience that the act of having a go at something you are not entirely sure of doing correctly, is called doing a dale : "He definitely just pulled a Dale"

Andy Wilson - Audio / Music
90's ROCK GOD! what more do we need to say? Originally for NZ, this man has worked in music industry since Adam was a boy. If you need something mixed to perfection... call him. If you need some tunes composed.... call him. If you want to hear 'super freak' sung note perfect at karaoke... call him.

Amy Nguyen - Production Assistant
Amy's sweet face will be the first to greet you when you step foot into the tactic studio, just one of the 8,972 jobs the Jill of all trades completes each day.

Amy's learned, a media and communications graduate from UNSW, she can read and write real good, making it easy to satisfy the needs and wants of us tacticians and our clients.

Her attentive dedication to re-stocking the junk-food bowl fuels the love-hate relationship we have with Amy, she's a one woman army driving up the obesity percentage of Australia. So we fought back and placed the microwave out of her reach......only healthy lunch sandwiches for our Amy, mwhahaha!
